Bb. Pilipinas '12 beauties visit Empire East

NEW MANILA, QUEZON CITY—The candidates of the Bb. Pilipinas 2012 pageant easily turned heads with their stunningly youthful looks and charming smiles during their visit to the Empire East Elite showroom in Gilmore Heights on March 21. Empire East Elite is the luxury marketing arm of Empire East Land Holdings Inc., the country’s leading mid-income developer.

Empire East Land Holdings President Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu personally welcomed the candidates at the showroom. “We are one with all the candidates in celebrating the life-transforming experiences that the Bb. Pilipinas pageant affords them,” he said. Empire East has been a sponsor of the prestigious pageant for the third consecutive year.

At the beginning of the visit, Yu shared the company’s vision to the candidates, and introduced its portfolio of projects in the city and the suburbs. Empire East currently has six ongoing projects in Metro Manila: San Lorenzo Place in the Makati CBD, Pioneer Woodlands in Mandaluyong City, The Rochester, Kasara Urban Resort Residences and Cambridge Village in Pasig City and Little Baguio Terraces in San Juan City. The company is also developing the 50-hectare Sonoma project in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

After the brief orientation, candidates toured the model units at the site, getting their first glimpse of Empire East’s various residential offerings.
Atty. Yu gave the ladies a briefing about the Company
and its past and present projectcs.
Yu also invited the candidates to endorse the Empire East brand. “We will gladly welcome you to the Empire East family if you have the desire and the capability to help the company provide Filipinos with beautiful, quality, affordable homes,” he said. Bb. Pilipinas titlists for 2010 and 2011, Venus Raj and Shamcey Supsup, respectively, are the current endorsers of Empire East. Supsup, in addition, serves as Empire East’s in-house architecture design consultant.

A raffle draw ended the candidates’ visit. Janine Tugonon and Annalie Forbes received passes to a free lunch buffet for two at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. Liezl Alcantara and Karen Gallman, on the other hand, were entitled to an overnight stay at the hotel.
