 But is living in fully-furnished condos worth it? 

1.Quality over quantity. A fully-furnished condo may have the complete furnishings from tables to beds to appliances. But are they sturdy? Are the materials of good quality? It's better to buy your own furniture and appliances because you know what the“good finds” are and where to buy them.Spending money on furnishings of excellent quality assures you of a good investment. After all, you deserve better than substandard materials and furnishings inside your house. 

2.More personalized. The beauty of unfurnished condos is you're very hands on when it comes to decorating your own space. You pick your own motif and furniture---design, color, etc.---and arrange it the way you want it. Plus, you're spared from the “generic” look of fully-furnished units. 

3.Cheaper. Fully-furnished condos might appear a good deal with all the “freebies” that come with it. But come to think of it, you paid for these furnishings (it's included in the unit price) that might not suit your taste. Worse, all the things inside your unit might be of poor quality so you either ended up buying a new stand fan or having the TV repaired. Bringing your old stuff to your unfurnished condo might even help you save a lot of money in the long-run so don't be swayed too much on all the

promises of these developers.
