Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. wished to thank all of you who joined us during our very first open house 2012 last January 28 held simultaneously at seven different showrooms from 9am up to 10pm. With the theme COLORS OF FORTUNE, the one-day event was also celebrated to formally welcome the new lunar year.

The colors of red, yellow, and green prevailed the showrooms of SM Megamall, SM North, Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, San Lorenzo Place, Pioneer Woodlands, and The Sonoma where different model units, ranging from studio-type to 3BR living spaces, are available for public viewing. Manhattan Garden City showroom guests at Gateway Mall and Ali Mall, meanwhile, were treated to a delightful afternoon of traditional dragon dance for luck and prosperity and Chinese cultural performance for some entertainment.
