Empire East Land
Holdings, Inc. wished to thank all of you who joined us during our very first open house 2012 last January 28 held simultaneously at seven different showrooms from 9am up to 10pm. With the theme COLORS OF FORTUNE, the one-day event was also celebrated to formally welcome the new lunar year.
The colors of red,
yellow, and green prevailed the showrooms of SM Megamall, SM North,
Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, San Lorenzo Place, Pioneer Woodlands, and The
Sonoma where different model units, ranging from studio-type to 3BR
living spaces, are available for public viewing. Manhattan Garden
City showroom guests at Gateway Mall and Ali Mall, meanwhile, were
treated to a delightful afternoon of traditional dragon dance for
luck and prosperity and Chinese cultural performance for some
entertainment.
The COLORS
OF FORTUNE prides Empire East's six ongoing projects strategically
located in different parts of the Metro and the neighboring province
of Laguna. The Kasara Urban Resort Residences, boasting of its
world-class water amenities, and the Rochester, an Asian modern
inspired development are both located in Pasig City; transit-oriented
developments Pioneer Woodlands in Mandaluyong City and San Lorenzo
Place at the Makati Central Business District are both connected to
Boni and Magallanes stations, respectively; while The Little Baguio
Terraces in San Juan City features amazing proximity to premiere
schools and universities. Last but not least, on the leisure-oriented
community of Sta. Rosa City in Laguna, sits a new 50-hectare
residential development, The Sonoma, which actively promotes green
living concept.
